Make Everyday Magic – A Weekend Course for Women

Make Everyday Magic is a weekend retreat for women. Temporarily on hold while travel is uncertain, we envision the next retreat being after March 2022, most likely aligning with the Winter Solstice.

Here’s just a few of the things we’ll cover on the course:

  • Learn how to reset your nervous system out of stress with a simple, easy to learn and practice technique. You’ll have a tool for life that can help anywhere anytime that will retrain your brain to respond faster and come back into calm, even when you’re busy!
  • Reconnect with your personal life vision and authenticity. Creating clarity about who you are and what you want.
  • Shifting from ‘power outside’ to ‘power inside’. What does that mean? And how do you make it work for manifesting the life you really want?
  • How to create simple acts of self love and self nourishment throughout normal day-to-day life.
  • Understanding the relationship between your body and emotions/consciousness. How to work with your own innate inner healer to hear your body’s messages.
  • A variety of simple, easy exercises that will support your body in fitness and health.
  • Guided meditation exercises to bring forth hidden wisdom within you from your unconscious deep self.
  • Guided group healing sessions to release trauma or blocks that may be holding you back.
  • How to ‘create your own happiness’ and the science behind what works. Learning how taking responsibility for your own wellbeing is empowering and what you can do each day to create a happier, more peaceful outlook on the bigger picture of your soul’s adventure being human.
  • …FUN! Lush, feminine, delicious times shared together in a beautiful space.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • A yoga mat or something similar, a blanket and pillow
  • Food to share for lunch, both days
  • Pen and Paper
  • An object that holds personal significance for you that you’re willing to share about
  • An open mind and willingness to participate in the circle to the level you are comfortable with, and a committment to holding whatever happens confidential.

$550 (a non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure your place. Spaces are limited to keep the group fairly intimate. If the event is cancelled for any reason, all deposits will be refunded)
